The Counseling Center features a stress relief room equipped with physiological stress relief and biofeedback devices, as well as stress-relieving tools such as SWITCH. During the semester, we will be offering these facilities for use through various activities, and we welcome interested students on campus to stay tuned for updates on the center's activities. We will align these activities with different themes to provide you with a comfortable and stress-relieving environment, allowing you to learn and take care of your various physical and mental states.
